Make plans, start packing and get ready to treat yourself this fall to scrumptious cuisine and tasty libations at Walt Disney World! Two Disney food and wine festivals have just been added to the Disney World schedule for 2015 and you’ll want to make your reservations soon.
Schedule a visit to Disney World during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival taking place for an amazing seven weeks from Friday, September 25th to Monday, November 16th at the World Showcase. This is the 20th year for the festival which features guest celebrity chefs and the World Showcase Marketplace tasting booths. You’ll enjoy truly outstanding cuisine in addition to champagne, cocktails and other beverages from around the world. There’s really so much for you to see and do as you eat your way around the World Showcase sampling signature dishes, watching culinary demonstrations, attending mixology and beverage seminars, and listening to free concerts featuring popular artists.
Why not double your pleasure and schedule your visit to include Halloween weekend? In addition to taking in all that the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has to offer, stop next door for more food, drink and fun at the 6th Annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. Just a short walk from Disney's Boardwalk Villas and Disney's Beach Club Villas, this festival will be held on Friday, October 30th and Saturday, October 31st and feature over 40 food tasting stations. You’ll sample dishes from the resort’s award-winning restaurants, taste wines from over 30 wineries, and listen to live music while strolling along Crescent Lake. Don’t forget to stop by the popular Beer Garden and experience seasonal beers from around the world, craft beer and micro brews. Sign up to participate in one or more food or beverage seminars held during the festival to learn a lesson in food or beverage preparation, and watch firsthand how the experts work.
Make your reservations soon as popular weekends sell out quickly at all Disney resort properties. Discounts may be available for Disney Vacation Club Members, Annual Passholders, Tables in Wonderland members and Golden Oak Residents.
